WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
Diva Dar offers worldwide shipping, partnering with reliable couriers and local postal services in each country to ensure timely deliveries.
Shipping Options & Charges
We offer standard and express shipping depending on your location:
- UAE Delivery: AED 20 (Next Day Delivery)
- GCC Countries: AED 35 (2 - 3 working days)
- Rest of the World: AED 50 (3 - 5 working days)
Shipping times may vary based on customs clearance and local delivery service efficiency.
Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. The total cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.
- Customs duties and taxes vary by country. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for more information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send adispatch emailwith your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Multiple Designer Orders
Diva Dar collaborates with designers worldwide. If you order from multiple designers, your items mayarrive separately in different packages. You will receive individual shipment tracking emails for each package.
Receiving Your Order
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- For secure delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt.
- If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.
RETURNS
What is Diva Dar’s return policy?
We offer a 7-day free return policy for most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition(as received).
- Shoes must be brand new without any signs of wear.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, dust covers, and authenticity cards (if provided).
- Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner attached.
The return package must include the original order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Beauty products, grooming items, underwear, earrings, personalized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.
- Some brands do not accept returns unless the item is faulty—please check the individual product page under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab for details.
Important Notes
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Items returned after this period are considered final sale, and only a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Diva Dar is not responsible for lost return packages. Please use the provided Return Label to ensure secure transit.
- Original shipping fees & customs duties are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return

You will receive a Return Label within 2 business days along with detailed return instructions.
Ship the item using the provided Return Label and original packaging to ensure protection.
Once received, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange an item?
At Diva Dar, wedo not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
How to replace an item with another?
- Initiate a Return → Follow the return process above.
- Receive Your Refund → Once approved, the refund will be processed.
- Place a New Order → Use the refunded amount or store credit to purchase the replacement item.
Do I have to pay for shipping again when reordering?
Yes,standard shipping charges applyon your new order unless it qualifies forfree shippingbased on promotions or order total.
REFUNDS
How do I request a refund?
- Contact us at cs@divadar.com with your order number and email address.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
How will I receive my refund?
- Credit Card or Online Payments → Refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Will the return shipping cost be deducted from my refund?
Yes, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The exact fee will be communicated during the return process.
What items are eligible for a refund?
Items that meet the return policy criteria (unused, in original packaging, with tags).
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Are delivery delays eligible for a refund?
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping address or missing details provided by the customer.
- External factors beyond Diva Dar’s control (e.g., customs clearance delays, weather conditions, strikes).
